記錄說明 Instructions
1、 本記錄簿由值班駕駛員負責填寫，大副保管，每次作業(yè)結(jié)束后船長簽閱。
The Recored Book is written by Duty Officer and kept by C/O. The master have responsbility for reviewing the record after every Loading/Discharging.
2、 本記錄簿在專用壓載艙開始壓/排之前，對壓載艙、壓載泵、壓載管系以及舷外水面進行檢查時就應(yīng)開始記錄；作業(yè)結(jié)束（壓載泵 和閥門關(guān)閉后）停止記錄；貨油作業(yè)時，為調(diào)整水尺而對專用壓載艙的壓進、排出和停止均應(yīng)記錄。
The record shall be made at the beginning of Ballst Loading/Discharging Operations and finish at the end of the operation. All actions took for adjusting the daft during Cargo Operation shall be recorded.
3、 本記錄簿用鋼筆書寫，字跡端正，清楚，不得隨意涂改。
This book shall be written by pen. All records shall be made clean and clear. Alteration are not allowed
4、 本記錄簿每小時記錄一次，作業(yè)過程中不得中斷，記錄填寫如實、準時，不得編造虛假記錄。
This book shall be used every hour. All the records shall be continued, correct and turfully.
5、“值班記事”欄應(yīng)填寫船長、大副對壓載水壓排的指令、值班中發(fā)生的需要記錄的情況或壓載艙定期/不定期的清洗記錄等。
The Remarks shall be recorded for the order from Master, C/O for ballast and any other record for cleaning ballast tank(Regularly or irregularly) information during duty
6、本記錄簿使用完畢后在船保存三年。
Kept this Record Book on board afterused.
